Veronica suffers from Down syndrome, autism and severe heart defect. She is 18 years old, and although she is adult now, she has still to be treated like a little child. She does not speak, lives in her “own world.” She is very peaceful. She likes laces in her hands, falls asleep always with one in her hand. Veronika attends a special practical school in Levice two times a week. Veronica´s legs suffer also from wearing orthopedic shoes. When the circumstances alow it, her mother visits with her various water spa procedures.These relieve her feet and make her happy to spend some time in the water.
